For our biggest fans, we offer a Traveling Trunk Show program. It is very simple and a wonderful way to share Journey Lockets with your friends, family or customers. Many people also use this program for fundraising for non-profit organizations and other clubs. Become a Journey Locket Retail Store
If you are a store owner or photographer and are interested in offering Journey Lockets to your customers or clients, we would love to talk with you! Below is some general information about our process and terms.

How it Works:
All of our pieces will come in a Journey Locket muslin jewelry pouch within our box. Also included with each locket are 6 graphic pattern inserts and a Gift Card for photo personalization at our online boutique. This Gift Card will allow your customer to submit their own photos directly to us online, after purchasing from you in the store. All of the personalized photo inserts are then returned directly to the customer via USPS mail. As the retailer, you do not have to do any of the personalization process.
Our other option is that your store can manage the personalization for your customer. To do this, have your customer bring/send you 2 digital images that they would like have made into inserts for their locket. You would then go online and submit the photos using the gift card code provided for that particular JL piece. If you choose to do this, then the photos will be sent to you at the store for you to give to your customer.
Terms:
All orders are prepaid at the time of order.
We accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard.
Opening order minimum: $500
Reorders minimums: $200
We encourage all orders and reorders be placed online with your Wholesale account. The benefit to ordering online is that you will be able to login at any time to view order history, check pricing, view order status, and reorder based on the previous order. The account will also email you when the status of your order changes and ships. If you need assistance, we will be happy to talk with you by phone- please call 336.684.4654.
Exclusivity:
Our policy with retailers is 6 month territory protection based on your zip code. In order to continue territory protection orders should be placed at least every 6 months. We do our best to ensure you have the the exclusive in your area so that you will be successful with the Journey Lockets line. If no reorders are placed within 6 months, your zip code exclusivity will be available to other retailers.
Shipping:
Shipping rates are a flat $12 fee and are delivered UPS Ground. Orders usually ship within 5 business days. If your order will not be able to ship within this time frame, you will be contacted via your Journey Locket account messaging system. UPS Tracking numbers are logged in your Journey Lockets online account and you will be sent an email when the order ships. |
